At the construction site of the agricultural road improvement project next to the expressway in Yamanashi Prefecture, the slope has very soft soil, posing risks, and it was difficult to install the extensometer. This system was installed for the purpose of "monitoring the safety of workers involved with heavy machinery" because it can be set up quickly and easily. During work, the sound of heavy machinery makes it hard to hear alarms, so we placed the "alarm device" and "rotating light" at a high position, allowing all workers to easily detect danger at a glance. Case Study of Slope Deformation Monitoring System (1)

Easy to set up, immediate response on-site! For safety measures in slope construction and behavior investigation of embankments!

At the "Highway Slope Restoration Work" site on Awaji Island, a slope deformation monitoring system has been installed for safety measures during construction. The installation was carried out by two workers, using a dedicated pre-boring machine for penetration, with four locations buried from the top. The alarm device was placed in the lower left so that it is visible from the road. Although the site conditions were poor, the installation was completed in about three hours. [Case Details] - The installation locations are a total of four, numbered No. 1 to 4. - The cable length is 100m, routed along the left side (using the top of the intrusion prevention fence). - The rotating light of the monitoring device was adjusted to a higher setting using a tripod. - The alert level is set to medium, and the alarm duration is set to 15 seconds. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
